How many wedding photos will we receive?
01. It all depends
This is one of the questions I’m asked most often.
For most weddings you’ll receive 600+ hand-edited images. BUT it’s like asking how long is a piece of string. If your day has a second photographer, FauxFilm™ edit collection, Singing Waiters, Magicians, 100+ guests you’re obviously going to get probably well over 1000 Images. If your day is intimate with just 25 guests and its more chilled your going to be more the 600 mark. Quality over quantity always.
So I don’t cap your gallery at a fixed number. If an image adds to the story, and it’s strong enough to be included, you’ll receive it.
02. Why quality matters more than quantity
A wedding gallery shouldn’t feel like a hard drive dump.
I might take thousands of images across a full wedding day, but you don’t need every blink, duplicate, test shot, or half-finished moment. You need the best version of the story, carefully selected, edited, and delivered in a way that feels complete.
Every image you receive is hand-edited in my Signature SABLE™ editing style, with attention given to colour, light, consistency, composition, and the overall feel of the gallery. Some images will be delivered in black and white where I feel it adds more emotion, depth, or atmosphere.
The aim isn’t to give you the biggest number possible. It’s to give you a gallery that feels full, considered, and true to the day. Enough images to tell the whole story properly, without overwhelming you with repetition.
